This release completes the LordoftheCaribbean release cycle
adding the last missing pieces to the previous beta release.
New features include ship distribution based on year and
nation, ability to marry the governor's daughter, a credits
menu, and updated ships. A lot more features (more states)
and bugfixes were made.
