It shows received, transmitted, and total bandwidth, calculates and displays the combined value of all interfaces; can display values in Kbits/sec(Kbps) and/or KBytes/sec(KBps), can show the maximum bandwidth consumed, can show average bandwidth consumption, and can interactively change its output display format.

This version adds the command line options "--dev
regex" and "--file proc". It adds a Term-Readkey Perl
module, and fixes a problem where the average Data
was incorrect, when the interval was more than 1
second. All output is now written to a variable, instead
of STDOUT. The reset now resets elapsed time. This
version offers the choice to move the interface display
up/down relative to other interface. If the Term-
ReadKey Perl module is not found, then the interactive
mode is disabled.

When in interactive mode, after the key is pressed, a small message is displayed as to what has been changed. Displaying total bytes (in KB/MB/GB) transferred on each interface since the utility was started has been added. The display look has been changed. The interface name is not in the same column as with 'Max', 'Avg', and 'Amount'.
