Generated policies are now correctly flushed. NAT-T works with multiple peers behind the NAT (need kernel support). Xauth can use shadow passwords. New features: TCP-MD5 support, PAM support for Xauth, and privilege separation. ESP fragmentation in tunnel mode can be tuned (NetBSD only). The racoon admin interface is now exported (header and library) to help building control programs for racoon (think GUI). Single DES support has been fixed; single DES users must upgrade.
