New XSL-FO features supported: page footers, background-color, space-before, space-after, number-columns-spanned, and automatic vertical merging of table cells.
This release includes some layout improvements, and a feature in which an RTF template can be specified using a non-standard XSL-FO extension. Cocoon 2 navigation was added for the sample files, keep-together was implemented for tables, ant target "testdocs" were added to build the RTF documents that test the RTF library, an image reading bug was corrected, and there were other fixes.
Mostly bug fixes were made. New features include cell padding for tables and
the ability to decode named and hexadecimal colors. Conversion is no longer
blocked by missing external graphic files.
