Project Description

LANdialler allows any computer (Windows, Linux, etc.) on a small LAN to control and share a modem attached to a *nix server. It is typically used with IP masquerading or NAT on a Linux router to provide a house or small office with shared, on-demand, Internet access.

0.2.1

This is primarily a bugfix release. Upgrading is recommended. If the external connection script/command fails to bring up the connection (e.g. your modem isn't plugged into the phone line), version 0.2 would wait for the connection to come up before allowing an attempt to reconnect. This version fixes that bug so that when the client's Cancel button is clicked under these circumstances, the connection attempt is canceled by the server. The code is also much cleaner.
