LiquidIRCd Services provides channel/nick
registration services for IRC networks. It was
specially developed for the LiquidIRCd daemon, and
includes features like channel management for
special IRCd implemetations (such as Founder,
Protect, HalfOP, and UOP). It also has MySQL
support.
