lm_sensors

This release adds support for LM63 and ICH7. It contains minor fixes for LM83, LM87, LM90, LM93, and other chips. It also restores compatibility with the stock 2.4 kernel i2c stack. It requires i2c-2.9.0.

This release adds support for the LM93, LM86, MAX6657, and
MAX6658 chipsets in Linux 2.4, and ADM1025, NE1619, and
LM87 in Linux 2.6. Fixes were made to the adm1025, lm78,
mtp008, pc87360, smsc47m1, w83627hf, and w83l785ts
drivers. In user-space, sensors-detect's reliability and
knowledge have been improved, and devfs and udev are
better supported.

This release added support for ADM1031, 6300ESB, ICH6,
LM76, LM89, LM99, MAX1619, MAX6633-35, and
PC87365-66. It contained fixes and enhancements for BMC,
GL520, PC87360, 63, 64, SMSC47M1xx, and other devices.
There were also improvements to the fancontrol, i2cdetect,
isadump, sensord, and sensors-detect programs.

Most importantly, Linux 2.6.5 is supported.
Submissions from the Debian folks have been
accepted and included, most of which are new
manual pages for the user-space tools. The SMSC
LPC47B27x and the Philips PCA9540 chipsets are now
supported. The detection for ADM1021 and clones
has been refined, which should hopefully prevent
most misdetections. Many other minor bugs have
been fixed in both the drivers and the user-space
tools.

Support for the Winbond W83637HF has been added, and fixes have been
made to a dozen drivers. The sensors-detect script has been improved
(mainly the Super IO part). Some cleanups have been made to the library
as well. This release is mainly meant for Linux 2.6.3 and 2.6.4 users,
with updated support for the w83l785ts driver in libsensors, among other
changes.
