This release adds a check so standard components cannot be deleted,
more demo data, and a new main menu component providing the ability to
list categories in the menu component. Newsfeeds have been changed
due to a license restriction; they've been replaced with an RDF/RSS
parser from fase4.com, and the database has been populated with new
newsfeeds. A major security exploit has been fixed. It is recommend
that all users upgrade to this release (this includes 3.0.7 and 4.0.11
users).
