This release includes further cross-site-scripting
protections for Internet Explorer, as well as some
bugfixes. Image pages work again when thumbnailing
is disabled. MySQL 5.0 strict mode should now
work, and there is experimental support for
explicitly declaring the UTF-8 charset in the
database. This has been tested with MySQL 5.0.15,
but should work on 4.1 as well.
