MegaTunix

A tab was added for Rotary Trailing support for
MSnS-Extra. Numerous internal bugs were fixed.
Logviewer fixes were made. Major Locale fixes were
made regarding datalogging and tab conversion
functions. Fixes were made to logviewer to improve
stability and viewability. The build system was
fixed so that the win9x one actually runs on
Win9x. The Windows EXEs were renamed to be more
descriptive for the end user.

A major locale problem that caused major parts of
the GUI to freeze or be un-editable on non-English
locales (specifically ones that uses commas
instead of periods for decimal points) was fixed.
Some rendering bugs were fixed for the dash/gauges
that caused them to show border windows or partial
borders when they should have had none. Problems
with autoconf that prevented megatunix from being
able to interrogate on some platforms (Ubuntu
6.10) were fixed. A bug in offline mode that
prevented being able to load an ECU backup into
memory for offline editing was fixed.

Full dashboards are now working and supported.
Dashes are enabled via the General Tab in the GUI,
and up to two may be used concurrently. Custom
dashboards and gauges can be designed with the
included gaugedesigner and dashdesigner tools.
Users are encouraged to send their custom created
gauges and dashes to the author for integration
with the main release.

The gaugedesigner user interface has been completely redesigned. Dashdesigner is completed and working (all features done). The core MegaTunix application has numerous bugfixes and internal code fixes. Windows users should use the GTK+ runtime 2.10.x from gladewin32.sf.net, as the 2.8.x releases had issues with free-form-shaped windows.

A new Gauge Designer tool lets you design custom gauges that will be integrated into megatunix's forthcoming "dashboard", for more intuitive display of data coming from your ECU.
