This is mostly a collection of minor enhancements. One thing to be careful of is that the when you exit filediff, the files are saved by default--you must uncheck the box to not save. Margin clicking was added to directory view, along with an emblem for the newest file. Copy, cut, paste, and search functions were added. A parent was also added to each dialog, which improves window manager interaction.

Filters for directory view were added. A toolbar for directory view was added. Icons were added to notebook tabs. Colored folder icons were added. Recursive copy and delete were fixed. Escape tree labels are used to avoid problems with filenames containing '&'.

This release is a major rewrite of melds internals to use cooperative
threads and to add incremental diff updates. As a result, the user
interface is much more responsive and feels much slicker.

This release adds a fallback font if "monospace" is not available, a
--profile option, more colorful filediff, version checking in the main
script, support for a CVS diff for a single file from the commandline,
and better handling of keyboard focus. It does not refresh the filelist
when launching diff. Clicking in a margin now scrolls to that point.

The main changes were made to the directory diff mode, which has been substantially reworked. Some small usability changes were made to the CVS and file diff modes. Status, tag, rev, options, and location fields were added to cvsview. The location is now hidden when not in recurse mode. Commit messages now work when containing shell metacharaters. filediff now performs lazy loading of files for quicker feedback. A copy/delete/diff context menu was added to dirdiff. The way that dirdiff is presented was reworked.
