GrFloodSpill functions were added. vd_xwin will go
to fullscreen mode if the width and hegith are the
same as the X server's screen resolution.
GR_biggest_graphics is honored. Modes higher than
the X server's screen resolution are made
non-present. Videomodes for wide monitors were
added in X11 and Win32 drivers. GR_PtrInt (an
integer of the same length as a pointer) was
introduced to suppress warnings (in fact errors)
when compiling with x86_64 platforms. Backporting
was done from GRX 2.4.7.
