0.9.6

The MP3 handling was broken for some rare cases as was
the MP3 detection. The complete chapter and tag handling
was rewritten. Support for the very old tagging system was
dropped. Very large timecodes in Matroska files are now
handled correctly. mkvextract now works faster for
attachments, chapters, and tags. The support for raw FLAC
files has been switched to another API and is considerably
faster. Several problems regarding Matroska files created
with older muxers have been fixed as well as some issues
with MMG, compilation on Solaris, a couple of Endian bugs,
and a small memleak.
