Project Description

mozCellML is a Mozilla based CellML tool. It can be used to
edit boundary conditions, integrate models (using a Runge-
Kutta method), and fit parameters to models (using
Levenberg-Marquardt). It supports both CellML 1.0 and
CellML 1.1 documents.

A number of significant fixes in the numerical integrator were made. It is now possible to set the maximum step size. The layout of the user interface has been improved. The documentation has been updated. The CellML specification is now better supported, including better support for situations involving CellML 1.1 imports. Automatic units conversion is now implemented as per the CellML specification. The range of diagnostic messages given by mozCellML have been improved, and more error conditions can be detected.

A number of bugfixes (including one to the numerical integrator, which previously did not correctly honour the maximum step size) have been made. Some additional diagnostic messages were also added to catch more types of invalid CellML inputs.
