This release features a new internal frontend/backend architecture that allows lightweight video playback (frontend) machines to transparently communicate across a network with more powerful video recording (backend) machines. Also new in this release is the beginnings of automatic commercial detection/removal, graphical setup for almost everything, a new weather module, a new video player frontend module, and major improvements to everything else.
