natrail now accepts date and time as a single argument in the
commandline version, and returns an error when both departure and
arrival times are given. Times given in HHMM or HMM format are now
translated into the correct HH:MM format transparently. Some security
fixes have been applied, and invalid input now causes an error rather
than using a default value.
