Functionality fixes and bugfixes were made,
including the handling of relative URLs with "."
and "..", the printing of normal spaces in place
of non-breakable space on screen, and the
removal of carriage returns in the --dump
output. --broken-html is used by default.
Various memory leaks, crashes, and other
problems were fixed.
