Skip fallthrough was fixed. LIST always skips, State eq 'R' skips unless
IGNORE_RE was specified, and State eq 'I' always skips. The README was updated
to fit the new status line indication. States are now 'R', 'C', or 'I'. Code
cleanup was done and type errors were removed. Superflous output was removed.
