The major differences are: ObjFW now comes with its own runtime,
which greatly increases
performance compared to the GNU runtime and makes it even faster than the Apple runtime.
Automatic Reference Counting is now supported.
Forwarding has been implemented.
Asynchronous stream handling and huge performance improvements have been
achieved.
