The default operator was not preserved when saving a query. An issue with lemmatisation when using the Web crawler has been fixed. Fields seem to be lost if renamed. Renaming a field then deleting it no longer results in the field not being removed from the back-office. Duplicated documents when using an empty index template has been fixed.
