The "chempretty" script has been removed and replaced with a more general script, "otlsub". With otlsub, you can perform a set of search/replace operations on a set of files using a Perl regex for matching. otlsub supports recursion, allowing you to descend through a directory tree and process all files matching a filename pattern. otlsub automatically adjusts references to local files in hyperlinks depending on directory depth. New otl features include a --descend option (recursive descent through all subdirectories) and various other minor modifications.
