This release contains many significant bugfixes, along with a general cleanup of the code (many inconsequential bugs that caused Perl to complain have been fixed). It also includes major bugfixes for tag-remove. A simple script, chempretty, was added to the package. Chempretty scans a plain text file, looks for common plain text chemistry items (example: H2O) and converts them to "prettified" HTML (example: H2O).
