This release adds support for a modular configuration file with default
options if no configuration is discovered, support for scanning plain
text files, more script and HTML files, flat data files, and CGI
scripts, and 164 new virus definitions.
A register_globals vulnerability has been patched. File permissions on 'virus.def' are checked before execution. The documentation has been rewritten. A more efficient string container is used. There are new virus definitions and new file extensions to scan.
