A TCP/IP monitor was added. The "additional empty
catch block" bug was fixed. The missing "declare
parsing" bug was fixed. The "Save could not be
completed: update error" bug was fixed. The
Outline refresh bug was fixed (only for class
methods at the moment). A simple auto indent
strategy when inserting templates was added. A
Pref option was added to configure for which
extensions the internal parser should be used.

and Smarty editing. A new PHP Partitionscanner was
added. Matching bracket highlighting was added.
PHPdoc hover for PHP5 syntax was improved. The
Windows->Preferences tree was newly arranged.
String wrapping with the "." operator for double
quoted strings was added. A new "wrapper plugin"
for the SWT HTML browser was added. SQL plugin
Quantum version 2.4.2 was added.
