This major release adds user definable return values, object searching, ACL conflict detection, a debug console, ACL notes, cache expiration when modifying ACLs (allowing for much higher cache timeouts while still maintaining 'instant updates'), several new API functions to aid in easier ACL creation, and automated 'smart' ACL consolidation. Many bugfixes and some performance enhancements were also made.
