PHProjekt is an application suite that supports communication and management of teams and companies. It includes a group calendar, project management, a request tracker, and localization.

A new mail client module was added. It supports HTML mail and attachments. You
can query several accounts (POP3 or IMAP) and store the messages in folders via
rules. LDAP support was added. There is now an API to include your own modules.
A new routine shows records in a print format. A complete site search is now
available. It's now possible to edit events, allow parallel events, and to
assign comments, contacts, or projects. A history function for contacts and
projects shows all related notes. The system now supports timezones. Hungarian
language support was added, and Turkish help files were added.
This release includes directories and links to internal files in the file manager (showing them in a tree structure), and the ability to delete and merge groups. Additionally, PHProjekt has now been translated into Catalan, with the help system now translated into Chinese.
The main reason for this release is to fix several
bugs which occurred in version 2.3 . A style sheet
for Linux browsers has been added. Any user with
'chief' status is now able to add todos to the
list of other users. In a small step torwards more
security, the config file can now be placed
outside of the root directory of the webserver. A
Dutch language translation for the help system is
now available.
