This release adds a new SERIAL data type (autoincrementing integer),
LIMIT and OFFSET clauses on the SELECT statement, and YEAR, MONTH,
DAYOFMONTH, HOUR, MINUTE, SECOND, and MILLISECOND functions. The
picoSQL manual is now available.
