Poker 3D

Tournament bugfixes and a new data set.

This release handles blinds (late blinds, dead,
refused blind, missed blinds, etc.). It also featured a
new data set and a new interaction for raising.

Client side delays were implemented for showdown,
end of betting round, and each player action. The
list of servers is now displayed at client
bootstrap. The user bankroll is displayed with F2.
Players are now transparent when looking at their
backs. Server statistics (percent flop, average
pot, hands per hour) are now computed. Cards are
dealt automatically. Major bugfixes were made.

A splash screen was added. Outfit selection was
added. A player can now click on the barn door to
leave the table.

This release has a login and table selection interface, 10 outfits for characters, and major bugfixes.
