The license has been changed from the LGPL to BSD. Minor bugfixes with respect to very large files have been applied. This release also fixes compile problems with Microsoft Visual C++, OpenWatcom 1.3, and Digital Mars C/C++ 8.41n. A graphical tool to view structured storage is included.
