Project Description

PTlink IRC Services provides channel/nick
registration services for IRC networks. Specially
developed for the PTlink IRC Server, it uses
modules and includes features like channel roles, nick groups for privilege management, and a Web interface for users. The data backend is a MySQL database.

This release updates MySQL exportation to match ircsvs3 tables, fixes
two critical bugs, and resolves some minor issues. This is expected to
be the "end of life" release for the 2.x Series.
