This version now also supports Windows XP and
2000, additionally with a hook to MS SAPI (Speech
API) compliant TTS (Text to Speech) engines. The
package contains MS Visual Studio 6 Workspace
files. The handling of DTMF barge-in was improved.
Some minor bugfixes were made for line handling.
