Project Description

Rapid Photo Downloader is an application for professional and amateur photographers, designed for use on the Linux desktop. It can download photos and videos from multiple cameras, memory cards, and portable storage devices simultaneously. It provides many flexible, user-defined options for subfolder creation, photo and video renaming, and backup.

This release adds support for mod, tod, and 3gp video files. It adds preliminary support for Samusung SRW files. Generation of subfolders and filenames using the time a download was started. Hachoir-metadata is now used to extract selected metadata from video files. Fixes for bugs related to a missing video download directory at program startup. A command line option to output to the terminal information, which is useful for debugging. Norwegian Bokmal and Portuguese translations. Updates to many other translations.
