0.2.1

This release fixes a few bugs that could render
the end result unusable, adds a few options, and
improves performance. Fixed were made for
unupdated lines when closing or moving a window, a
distorted cursor at the borders, incorrect display
of windows that were partially in the recording
area, and improper handling of size adjustment.
Performance was improved with a faster RGB to YUV
transformation and conditional use of shared
memory, based on the extent of changes that occur
at every frame. There is now the option to do more
accurate subsampling of the chroma planes.
