Project Description

RT is an industrial-grade trouble ticketing system. It lets a group of people intelligently and efficiently manage requests submitted by a community of users. RT is used by systems administrators, customer support staffs, NOCs, developers, and even marketing departments to track issues, outages, bugs, requests, and all kinds of other things at thousands of sites around the world.

There are several more tests in the test suite. Most of the Custom Fields core work has been done (searching and CLI support are still missing). The Localization core has been added. This relase has been ported to Mason 1.09 (1.10 beta series). The Web localization framework is in, and a couple templates and modules have been localized as examples. There has been some work on the installation process.
