A fix for the retry code so that things work properly when not retying, and fixes for FTP connection handling to error-out when a bad hostname is given instead of retrying with the same hostname (for however may retries were requested.)
A fix to correctly set modification times on local files, and new options (--retries to specify retry attempts to the server, --hash to print hash-marks during the download, and --passive to force passive-mode FTP).
