RLIB is a reporting engine that makes it possible to easily create professional reports in PDF, HTML, text, and CSV from one simple XML report definition
file. It supports direct input from MySQL, PostgreSQL, ODBC, and programmable pluggable inputs. It is written in C and has PHP and Python language bindings built in.

This release has support for PARTS (multiple reports on a page) with FIXED and FLOW layout. It has the ability to make text bold or italic. There are more functions such as "eval" to make expressions easier. A few crashes and corruptions have been fixed. PHP has an array data source method, so you don't need to use a database if you don't want to.
