The default [CF]FLAGS were modified due to a bug
in gcc-sparc64. CTRL+Z and CTRL+C signals now only
perform actions on the main process. Major bugs
were fixed in multitasking capabilities. A minor
bug was fixed in SCLS. Variables are now written
in the rpl-core file. NEG is modified to return 0
instead -0 when its argument is a real or complex
number. The ROW+ intrinsic can now be used on an
empty matrix without dimension error. A major bug
was fixed in the SUB intrinsic. It only occurs
with lists when it tries to return invalid
elements like { } 1 2 sub. A major bug was fixed
in both ROW- and ROW+ intrinsics.
