The much-referred-to SECURITY file was added to the distribution, and references to the obsolete scpsh and sftpsh were removed from the README. strcmp in main.c was updated to use PATH_SCP rather than "scp". rssh_chroot_helper checks the number of arguments, and minor log modifications were made to support. Minor fixes were made in the CHROOT hints file, patches were added to configure.ac for compiling on non-Linux platforms, and umask() is called to set the configured umask.
