Project Description

The Realtime Application Interface for Linux
allows applications with strict timing constraints
to be run on Linux. A real time system is able to
guarantee the timing requirements of the processes
under its control. RTAI provides an API and the
necessary kernel modifications to accommodate such
requirements.
