StarDock to XCursor convertss StarDock
CursorXP themes to XCursor themes. It allows
a wide range of cursors designed for Windows
to be used within XFree86 4.2.99 or higher. It
supports full-color, alpha-translucent,
animated cursors.

This release works much better with QT/KDE (and possibly GTK/Gnome), providing support for those 'special cursors' that are not present in X but are in QT. Shadow support is working well, but you still cannot change opacity.
