Many improvements to the installation process for Windows users (custom locations), and better UI consistency with new icons. New functionality for retailer and foster book management, better movement validation around date ranges, a database repair utility, and automatically remembered listview settings for users. A new command line interface allows non-interactive Web publishing/report generation from a shell environment. New owner reporting and litter identification procedures, strict code checking, a new retailer book, the report tree is now editable, and more.
