Shinobu is a simple-to-use content management system. A normal user should be able to manage a simple Shinobu Web site, but if he or she would like to extend the Web site, some knowledge of PHP is mandatory. It includes a basic controller system, a user/usergroup system, a simple menu (navigation) system, and a page management system.
