Skipstone is a GTK+ Web browser that embeds
Mozilla through libgtkembedmoz. It aims to be a
fast and simple browser with few dependencies. As
of version 1.0.0, support for Apple's Webkit HTML
rendering engine has been added.

This release has Mozilla 0.9.9 compatibility, the ability to choose the minimum font size, the ability to choose a red caption on tabs while pages are loading, some bugfixes, and internationalization updates.
SkipStone now compiles and runs on Sun Solaris, HP Unix, and SGI
Irix. SkipStone plugins can be disabled/enabled from SkipStone's
configuration panel. Mozilla internal preferences are now set per
session. PromptService has been fixed and completed. A bookmark bug
has been fixed. The Dutch and Russian translations have been updated.
A new FavIcon plugin, a new option to disable popups, and an option to toggle the use of HTTP 1.0/1.1 have been added. This release also features Mozilla 0.97 compatibility.
A fix for what could cause an infinte crash recovery bug in case of a failure in a Mozilla embedding component, new icons for the desktop and a promotional one, showing progress activity in the statusbar and progressbar when known, a new debug compilation flag, some changes to fix compatibility between older CrossOver releases and SkipStone plugins, a fix for a crash when closing a detabbed window, and toolbar changes to have smaller spaces between widgets and updated translations.
A new AutoComplete plugin was added, an Escape key handler to close all dialog/message windows, some bugfixes and enhancements, and Mozilla 0.9.5+ compatibility.
