This version includes major rendering and editing speedups. The XML editor

supported.

This is mostly a bugfix release, ironing out rough corners left from 0.25. It now works on locales using ',' as a decimal separator, and writes the DTD correctly. Feature enhancements include in-place text editing, plain SVG saving mode, a recently opened files list, and fill-rule modification.

This is an experimental release, so expect lot of new bugs. The most noteworthy new features are gradients, dynamic dialogs, emergency saves, much improved handles, better line drawing code, and near complete grid/guideline snapping.
