SOFA is a statistics, analysis, and reporting program with an emphasis on ease of use, learning as you go, and beautiful output. SOFA can connect directly to your database and lets you display results in an attractive format ready to share or put in a spread­sheet. SOFA will help you learn as you go, whether you are a student, business analyst, or researcher.

It is now possible to make a series of charts, e.g. separate pie charts of satisfaction for each region. Much nicer images were provided for the main menu. Printing of output reports through Web browsers such as Firefox was improved. A major bug for Windows users with certain user names was fixed. Numeric fields in CSV files are now imported as numbers even if commas are used as the decimal separator (e.g. as in Germany). The Help button was shifted to the top left of main dialogs. The Export button was removed. The text in the Run button was changed to Show Results. Mann-Whitney U now explicitly says that it is one-tailed. Discreet "sofastatistics.com" text was added to the edge of each graphic.
