StepTalk is the official GNUstep scripting framework. It is more than a scripting framework with an illusion of single objective environment between objects of scriptable servers or applications. It is language independent, but the default scripting language is Smalltalk.

New parsing of real numbers in Smalltalk, two new handy methods into the ObjectiveC bundle: selectorsContainingString (returns an array of selectors that contain specified string) and implementorsOfSelector (returns an array of all classes that implement specified selector), a new example language bundle called MyLanguage, a new GDL2 module, and a fix for an installation issue (forced installation to the user's home directory was removed).
