All of the XML definition files are now in place.
The Silverstone, Magny-Cours, and Nurbergring
tracks were updated, and Monza was added. Braking
markers (signs that show the distance to a curve)
were added. Wing behavior was improved. A
customizable system was put in place to handle
keyboard and joystick input. The documentation was
updated.
