Project Description

Virtualmin is a Webmin module that simplifies the process of setting up and managing virtual servers. It can create Apache virtual hosts, BIND DNS domains, MySQL and PostgreSQL databases, and set up Sendmail or Postfix to accept email for a domain. It can also manage mailboxes and mail aliases within a domain.

Webalizer statistics are now included in cPanel migrations. A restriction was added to the Edit Owner Limits page to prevent the creation of catch-all email aliases. A Module Config option was added for deleting aliases when email is disabled for a domain. Many small bugs were fixed.

The Change Domain Name page can be used to modify the administrative username and home directory for a virtual server. An option has been added to the DNS section of server templates for specifying the hostname to use in the primary NS record for new DNS domains. Password changes to mail/FTP users from the Users and Groups modules now correctly update all the various passwords maintained by Virtualmin. The status of the Dovecot IMAP/POP3 server has been added to the server status page. A Module Config option has been added to have MySQL users and permissions added to multiple servers.
