Project Description

VStar PhotoAlbum is a Web-based photo album
designed for amateur photographers with digital
cameras and their own Web server or home page. It
alleviates the need to to spend much time creating
Web pages to show off photographs, and also allows visitors to download original high-resolution images to print good quality pictures.

EXIF data reading has been implemented for JPEG and TIFF files. The ability to show a description either above or below the picture has been added. An option to choose either forward or reverse order for folders and files in a list has been added. A folder description file (folders.nfo) has been added that allows you to substitute folder names in the main menu. An "Original" picture resolution option in client mode has been added. A problem with "imageonly" mode (missing a function parameter) has been fixed. A workaround has been created for a bug in the PHP 4.x fwrite() function (not returning the correct number of written bytes).
