Project Description

VStar PhotoAlbum is a Web-based photo album
designed for amateur photographers with digital
cameras and their own Web server or home page. It
alleviates the need to to spend much time creating
Web pages to show off photographs, and also allows visitors to download original high-resolution images to print good quality pictures.

Support for TIFF files was implemented, but only
works if the ImageMagick PHP extension is
installed and its functions are available,
otherwise files will be ignored. A problem with
folder creation on permission-restricted systems
(when the script is not able to read information
about higher-level folders) was fixed. A problem
with wrong extensions for thumbnail files was
fixed. PHP 4.3.11 compatibility was added, and it
may also work on earlier versions. An .htaccess
file that prevents unauthorized directory indexing
was added.
